How do I get more character slots? You start with 3. Buy a Tebex package or obtain a citizen tier on our Tebex.

Why can’t I start a civilian job by myself? Most civilian jobs (garbage, deliveries, trucking, window cleaning) require you to be in a phone group. Open the Groups app on your phone and get a group going before heading to the job.

Why is my car locked after I picked it up from the garage? That’s intentional — garages no longer auto-unlock or auto-seat you in retrieved vehicles. Press L near it to unlock.

How do I check my reputation/progress on a job? Open the Reputation app on your phone — it tracks your tier and progress for every civilian job separately.

My driver’s license says invalid, what happened? Licenses expire after 30 real days. Head to City Hall to renew.

Does insurance pay me out if my car gets stolen? No — insurance only discounts your impound/depot fee by 25%. There’s no theft claim system.

Can I have more than one pet? Check with the pet shop when you visit — pricing and access are per-pet, not a bundle, so it depends on what you’re eligible for as a supporter.
