Blackveil’s bank is San Andreas Banking. You’ve got two ways to manage your money:

The Bank app

Open your phone (F1) and use the Bank app to check your balance, transfer money, and manage your account without leaving the couch.

ATMs and tellers

• ATMs are scattered across the map — walk up and use the target interaction to withdraw or deposit cash.
• Bank tellers are staffed at 8 locations around the map. Most just handle standard transactions; the tellers at Pacific Standard and the Paleto Fleeca can also open brand-new accounts.

Cash vs. bank

You’ll always have two pools of money: cash (physical, in your pocket) and bank (your account balance). Some jobs and shady deals only pay in cash for a reason — it doesn’t leave a paper trail. Keep that in mind if you’re dabbling in criminal activity.
