🦌 Hunting

A solo trade — no job or group required.

Where to hunt

Two zones up in the Chiliad mountains. Only muskets and a hunting dagger are allowed to be fired/used inside the zones — leave the assault rifle at home.

The loop

1. Track down a deer (currently the only animal in the woods).
2. Take it down with a musket.
3. Harvest it with your dagger (about 5 seconds) to get raw meat, a pelt, and a small chance at a rare deer horn. Pelt quality is random, from Ruined up to Perfect — better quality sells for more.

Optional gear: an animal tracker item helps you find animals nearby (has a cooldown between uses), and hunting bait pulls animals toward you for a couple of minutes.

Got a campfire? Cook your raw meat into cooked meat before you eat it.

Selling

Sell pelts to the ped out on Grand Senora. Prices scale with quality.

Bounties

The Hunt Master occasionally offers timed bounty missions — bring in 10 high-quality pelts, 5 deer horns, or capture a live boar within a time limit for a flat $5,000 reward. Each bounty has its own cooldown before it’s available again.
