The store actually has opening hours — it closes at 9:30 PM in-game.

• During the day: the doors are simply open, walk right in.
• At night: you’ll need the hacking device to get through the door panel first.

Once inside:

1. Cut the glass display case and grab the centerpiece necklace.
2. Smash the vitrine cabinets for loose jewels.
